Car Wash Supervisor/Manager Job Requirements:
Able to work in an outdoor climate and able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends. We operate 7 days a week 7:30am to 7:00pm. Previous supervisory experience a plus, Excellent customer service and situational awareness required.
Strong work ethic, outgoing, and able to motivate and engage employees.
Previous knowledge of carwash industry or similar business.
Job Description:
Responsible for the opening and closing of the location, cleanliness of the property, and scheduling staff.
Ensuring excellent customer service standards while establishing a trusting relationship with customers and employees.
Training of new employees on job duties and products offered to customers while continuously looking for improvement opportunities.
