HR/ Benefits Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of benefits and HR supervisory implementation through the HR staff. In this role, you also play a role in setting the strategic course for the HR department to improve company performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing the implementation, administration, and communication of employee benefits plans.
- Analyzing benefit usage data and cost trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization and plan improvements.
- Responding to employee questions and concerns related to benefits and employee relations,
- Provide guidance on benefits plan details and resolve Benefits and HR-related issues.
- Generating reports on benefit utilization, cost projections, and compliance metrics for management review.
- Provide training to HR staff and employees on benefit programs and HR processes.
- Supervises HR staff by assisting with staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Has delegation of authority when HR Director is absent or out of office.
- Overseeing the processes for new and departing employees.
- Aiding employees and staff on HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (this can be substituted with 3+ years of experience in human resources and/or leadership role)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
