We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and generating interest in our products and services. Duties
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce our services and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Utilize Close CRM and other software tools to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer information.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and effectively communicate how our solutions can meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the management to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to sales closure.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment generation process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to enhance your outreach efforts.
- Participate in training sessions to improve telemarketing techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales is preferred.
- Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
