Live-In Caregiver (7 Days On / 7 Days Off)

Position Type: Full-Time, Live-In Rotation

This role follows a rotational schedule of 7 days on / 7 days off, providing an ideal opportunity for work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility, including transfers, walking, and physical therapy exercises as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Administer medication reminders as prescribed .
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of professional caregiving experience in a similar role.
- Current CNA certification or equivalent training is strongly preferred.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of caregiving, including lifting and supporting clients as needed.

Schedule:
- Live-In Rotation: 7 days on / 7 days off. During on-duty weeks, you will reside in the client’s home and provide round-the-clock care.
