Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation
Answers phone calls and conducts scheduling calls
Creates tickets and manages portals for 3rd party partnerships
Supports slack service channel
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
Completes operational requirements by permitting and assigning administrative projects

and expediting work results

Makes travel arrangements for field technicians such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or

restaurant reservations

Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
Provides information by answering questions and requests
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of solar energy technologies and industry practices is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing environments
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Salary starts at $16-$18/hour based on qualifications
