Key Responsibilities:
- Hauling and Transporting: Safely drive trailers to haul appliances, equipment, scrap, and other materials between various locations, including storage facilities and distributors.
- Loading and Unloading: Oversee the safe and efficient loading and unloading of materials. Ensure that everything is properly secured for transport to avoid any damage during transit.
- Scrap Hauling: Collect and transport scrap materials to designated disposal or recycling sites, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Vehicle Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of your vehicle and trailer to ensure they are in safe working condition. Report any issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- Route Planning and Coordination: Work with the team to plan the best routes for hauling to maximize efficiency and minimize delays. Make real-time adjustments as needed.
- Warehouse and Inventory Support: Help organize materials in the warehouse, assist with unloading and loading, and ensure inventory is handled properly.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Keep your vehicle and trailer clean and organized, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and in working order.

Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Lake Charles, LA 70601 (required).
- Full-time availability (40–45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Prior experience with hauling, loading/unloading, or operating trailers is a plus.
