As an HR Operations Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our leadership team through data, systems, and strategic insights. You'll work closely with HR Business Partners, leadership, and cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable strategy — while also helping improve systems, enhance the employee experience, and support our growing organization.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves details and is ready to expand their impact. This role provides the foundation to grow in multiple directions within HR.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop, maintain, and present dashboards and reports on internal and external HR metrics (headcount, turnover, compensation, productivity, utilization, etc.)
- Analyze workforce data to uncover trends and provide strategic recommendations to business leaders
- Support financial analytics including budgeting, forecasting, commissions and tracking project profitability
- Assist in the preparation of leadership reports, presentations, and proposals
HR Systems & Process Optimization
- Maintain and optimize HR and Customer systems for data accuracy and process efficiency
- Support integrations and automation efforts between HR systems and other platforms
- Assist with HRIS and Sales development projects and support data migration and documentation processes
Project & HR Operations Support
- Assist in the planning and tracking of HR initiatives, engagement surveys, trainings, and workshops
- Contribute to goal tracking, client project monitoring, and employee lifecycle process improvements (onboarding, offboarding, compliance)
- Manage internal and client-facing HR projects using project management tools
- Oversee client survey data and provide feedback to leadership.
- Provide quality control for external client documents and communications
Employee Experience & Team Support
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related operations inquiries, offering timely and accurate support
- Partner with HRBPs and leaders to align operations with business objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams on HR branding and proposal materials
