We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Courtesy Vehicle Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by ensuring safe and efficient transportation of vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate courtesy vehicles.
- Posses the ability to thoroughly explain the legalities and stipulations of the courtesy vehicle contract when delivering the courtesy vehicle to the client.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after each customer use to ensure safety and reliability of vehicles and no new damages have occurred .
- Assist customers with loading and unloading their belongings as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of courtesy vehicles at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Experience
- Previous experience in a driving or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
