We're looking for qualified individuals with leadership skills to enter into our Fast Track Management Program. Applicants have the opportunity to move into a managment role within 1 year of hire. Qualified Candidates will be:
- Previous Experience in sales, preferably in financial services
- Managerial Experience
- Organized, detail-oriented and excellent time-management skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport and relationships
- Fearless, positive attitude and willingness to be accountable for results
- Desire for continuous learning and a good communicator-excellent listening skills and ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in developing strategic long term financial plans to achieve their financial goals using a comprehensive array of financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, as well as a multitude of other financial planning tools and products.
- Create and implement strong, innovative sales strategies
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Establish and retain new partnerships with clients
