Candidate must:
-Must have 3 years of accounting experience with desktop QuickBooks Enterprise experience.
-Construction experience preferred.
- Be able to input customer and account data within given deadlines
- Review data for discrepancies or errors and correct inconsistencies in a timely fashion
- Research and obtain information for incomplete documents
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and observe backup procedures
- Scan documents and print files as needed
- Respond to queries for information
-Help with processing HR documents as needed.
-Be able to complete other office tasks (filing, faxing, completing phone calls for supervisors) and other assigned tasks.
Must be able to pass a background check and Drug test.
