The Warehouse role is responsible for ensuring that the warehouse area remains clean, organized, and free from hazards. This includes regular cleaning, proper storage of materials, and adherence to safety protocols. They follow work instructions to rebuild tools and equipment as needed. This involves disassembling, repairing, and reassembling tools to ensure they are in optimal condition for use. They play a crucial role in maintaining the quality management system and safety standards within the warehouse. This includes following procedures, reporting any issues, and participating in safety training.
- Model the Company’s values to influence others to perform in an aligned manner
- Maintains a clean working environment
- Rebuilds tools as per work instructions
- Responsible for doing their part of quality management system and safety
- Load materials, products, or equipment onto trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Interacts with customers by taking orders, answering inquiries, and providing assistance
- Warehouseman (and above) have the authority to release a shipment; they ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and that the shipment meets quality standards
- Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Have product knowledge about wireline pressure control, X-over Subs, and other rental items
- Familiar with tools rented or serviced
- Pressure Control Training (Classroom or on the job)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to fulfill customer requests promptly and professionally
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of Trainee Warehouseman experience or previous equivalent history, preferred
