An Administrative Assistant (AA) is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of the CEO. The AA
organizes meetings, including scheduling, and sending reminders for leadership activities. Their duties include prioritizing
emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating CEO activities and tasks. An
administrative assistant is a highly skilled administrative professional who provides a wide range of support services to an
executive such as a CEO of the company. The executive has a very demanding schedule, and the job of the assistant is to
ease the workload by taking on most of the administrative duties, leaving the executive to focus on decision making. This
helps to make the executive’s job easier, which is the goal of the administrative assistant position. The administrative
assistant helps organize and keep the executive running smoothly. An administrative assistant responsibility is to provide
leadership in planning, organizing and controlling the work effort of the CEO to minimize all lower-level items of focus so the
CEO can focus on the organizations larger and more strategic initiatives. The AA always maintains strict confidentiality. The
AA performs minor accounting duties; code invoices, compile expense reports, etc and performs other duties as assigned
