Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze profit loss statements, making strategic decisions to improve financial performance
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations and increase efficiency
- Identify business development opportunities and work towards expanding the unit's client base
- Lead and participate in project management initiatives to drive successful outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive work environment
- Conduct strategic planning to set goals and objectives for the unit
- Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of successfully managing teams
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions
- Experience in business development, including identifying new opportunities and building client relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
