We are looking for a Human ResourcesAdministratorand Recruiter to assist in our recruiting efforts as we scale our portfolio of clients in the charity fundraising and marketing industry.We have laid out an expansion plan to expand our reach and need a friendly, enthusiastic, administrator to help recruiting the next wave of talent.
The recruiter will be responsible for making phone calls to applicants on a daily basis, represent the company and positions offered in an educated and professional manner, assist in payroll, work closely with the management/hiring team, and be open to feedback based on community/market trends. The recruiting assistant will be well versed in all things customer service, communications and must have a positive attitude (as it is their job to convey our company culture of growth, energy and excitement through just a quick conversation)!
