Acadiana Management Group, LLC dba AMG- Integrated Healthcare Management (AMG), an employee-owned company, is hiring a Corporate Director of Wound Care in Lafayette, Louisiana. The Director of Wound Care (DWC) works in partnership with the Corporate Operations Team and post-acute Hospital Clinical Leadership overseeing a culture of safely assessing and effectively measuring and treating wounds, complex wounds, and wound debridements. The Director of Wound Care acts as an expert wound resource to hospital leadership and hospital clinical staff. Oversees hospitals continued wound care rates and wound scoring data. Oversees the development and follow through of action plans related to wound care deficiencies and/or inconsistencies identified. The DWC works in concert with the Corporate Operations Team, hospital CCO, ACCO and clinical personnel to align hospital wound assessment and treatment improvement opportunities and corporate support services with the company’s overall Mission, Vision and Values to be a leading and respected healthcare system. The position is considered a resource for all AMG hospitals and is based in Lafayette, LA AMG Corporate office. Travel is required to AMG Hospitals in multi-states.

Regulatory Requirements Skills Requirements:
· Current Louisiana Registered Nurse Compact Licensure.
· Current Board certification in Wound, Ostomy and Continence.
· Current BLS certification.
· Current ACLS certification (within 90 days of hire date)
· Wound Care experience minimum of 2 years’ experience.
· Must be able to articulately communicate, interpret and explain complex information and comprehend written, verbal and electronic communication positively in English.
· Multi-state travel required
· Basic computer knowledge.
