JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Analyst roles in the Training organization are unique to the work performed. Analysts support or oversee data driven reporting and analysis specific to training program requirements and procedures and financial performance. The use of PowerBi and Learning Management Systems and Maximo is a daily function to ensure the training programs are meeting the needs of the customer organizations. Strong background in budgeting, both O&M and Capital, is required.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Creates curricula, training schedules, course assignments, reports in all relevant Learning Management Systems used by the training organization.
Supports compliance and record keeping of training programs.
Works within PowerBi: data analysis, reporting, metrics, and as required by the training organization.
Monitors budget forecasts and actuals for assigned training programs.
Logistics and administrative support for assigned training programs.
Support of training self-assessments for assigned training programs.
Project management as assigned by respective training program owner.
Other duties as assigned by leadership.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education required of the position
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum experience required of the position.
Analyst I: 0-2 Years of professional experience, internal or external.
Analyst II: 2-4 Years of professional experience, internal or external; minimum of 2 years of direct analytical experience.
Analyst III: 4-6 Years of professional experience, internal or external; minimum of 4 years of direct analytical experience.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position.
Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position
Microsoft Certification Preferred
