Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, providing solutions to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring the best possible customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product inquiries, order status, complaints, and other related issues.
Respond to customer emails and chat inquiries, maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Resolve customer issues by identifying the problem, determining the cause, and providing appropriate solutions.
Maintain customer records and document all interactions and resolutions in the system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Meet individual and team performance goals, including call handling times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company updates, and customer service procedures.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, if required.
