Job Overview
We are urgently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team in New Orleans. This position supports daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and timely task completion.
Pay Range
$15.00 - $26.00 hourly
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Manage office supplies and ensure stock is replenished as needed.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Provide general support to the office team and management.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous administrative or office support experience is preferred.
