This role focuses on generating leads and securing appointments to support the company's sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided lists
- Engage in informative discussions with potential customers to understand their cybersecurity challenges
- Present the value of cybersecurity solutions, educating prospects on available options
- Qualify leads according to specific criteria and arrange meetings for the sales team
- Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions and scheduled appointments in the company’s CRM system
Qualifications
- Proven track record in lead generation, appointment setting, inside sales, business development, B2B sales, or related role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly establish rapport with prospects over the phone
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes is a plus
