Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on selling our products and services to potential customers in various industries.Our product is a green, renewable and sustainable used in the grilling , smoking, baking and searing of foods.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

- Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs and develop tailored sales strategies

- Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and customer satisfaction

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in outside sales or account management

- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus

- Technical sales experience in the technology industry is preferred

- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities

- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
