Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in vehicle maintenance and mechanical repairs, with the ability to operate heavy equipment and perform electrical work. This role is essential in ensuring the optimal performance of our machinery and vehicles, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Duties

Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including shocks and struts.
Utilize hand tools and equipment for various mechanical tasks.
Perform soldering tasks as required for electrical components.
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist in heavy lifting and moving of equipment as needed.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements

Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is preferred.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds).
Proficient in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
Knowledge of electrical systems and soldering techniques is a plus.
Experience with tractor-trailer maintenance is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
