Responsibilities
 Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
 Feel comfortable and confident in making 100+ calls per day to prospective
clients.
 Develop referral partnerships with other business professionals within our local area.
 Evaluate client needs and make professional recommendations.
 Educate potential clients on the importance of having proper coverage.

Requirements
 Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*
(Receive reimbursement for exam and study material cost)
 MUST have knowledge of a commissioned sales role and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies
 Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
 Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
 Great self-starter with a sense of urgency
 Ability to create relationships from a cold start and able to handle customer
rejection.
 Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
 Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up.
 Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
 Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency preferred
