Student Housing Community Manager

We are hiring a Student Housing Community Manager to lead operations at Pilots Point, a student housing community. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to balance university expectations with property management duties.

What We Offer:

Salary: $73,000 – $77,000 based on experience and discretionary quarterly bonuses
Housing: Free four-bedroom apartment (optional)

Your Key Responsibilities:

Walk the Property: Inspect for hazards and lease violations.
Prospect Follow-Up: Manage leads and schedule tours for prospective residents.
Vendor Management: Oversee orders and invoice processing for vendors.
Delinquent Accounts: Review delinquent accounts and process rent payments.
Leasing Reports: Generate daily reports on leasing activity.

Additional Duties:

University Meetings: Meet with university officials on ongoing projects.
Leasing & Occupancy: Monitor leasing progress and occupancy levels.
Social Media: Schedule and oversee social media posts for community engagement.
Reporting: Complete month-end reporting and financial analysis.
Property Updates: Provide updates to university leadership.
