Student Housing Community Manager
We are hiring a Student Housing Community Manager to lead operations at Pilots Point, a student housing community. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to balance university expectations with property management duties.

- Salary: $73,000 – $77,000 based on experience and discretionary quarterly bonuses

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Walk the Property: Inspect for hazards and lease violations.
- Prospect Follow-Up: Manage leads and schedule tours for prospective residents.
- Vendor Management: Oversee orders and invoice processing for vendors.
- Delinquent Accounts: Review delinquent accounts and process rent payments.
- Leasing Reports: Generate daily reports on leasing activity.
Additional Duties:
- University Meetings: Meet with university officials on ongoing projects.
- Leasing & Occupancy: Monitor leasing progress and occupancy levels.
- Social Media: Schedule and oversee social media posts for community engagement.
- Reporting: Complete month-end reporting and financial analysis.
- Property Updates: Provide updates to university leadership.
