What We’re Looking For
The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the executive in all aspects of their business efforts. This will include travel arrangements, planning/organizing engagements, events, appearances, maintaining calendars, preparing agendas, and other administrative tasks as assigned. This position may support the CEO, COO, CFO, and/or other C-level position(s).
What You Get To Do
- Prepare, monitor, and respond to emails on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain professional Social Media profile(s) to ensure appearance and consistency with organizational strategy.
- Schedule and attend meetings and events to ensure proper record keeping and schedule necessary follow-up conversations in relation to respective meetings.
- Maintain financial information related to expenses and budgets on behalf of executive.
- Organize all travel plans, including airfare, auto rentals, hotel stays, itineraries, and everything in between.
- Maintaining professional contacts on behalf of the executive via email, telephone, or face-to-face.
- Attend professional events and meetings outside the office to build connections, improve community engagement, and foster professional relationships.
- Promote EPC in a positive light across the communities we support through engagement, community initiatives, appearances, sponsorships, volunteerism, and other forms of support.
- Maintain executive’s calendar, including appointments, communication, and prioritization.
- Work autonomously at times to organize strategic plans on behalf of executive without constant guidance and direction.

What To Expect
- This job will be primarily office-based with exposure to normal office environments and noises.
- This position will require travel based on business initiatives, and locations may be across North America to support the executive.
- May be required to stand, sit, bend, twist, and reach as part of the job.
- Extended periods of standing on your feet may be required.
- May be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, or other job-related pre-hire screenings related to the job.
- Travel up to 50% may be required.
