Job Title: Senior Transformation Analyst

Job Summary
Seeking a driven, high-energy analyst to support Entergy’s Premier Performance Transformation Office (PPTO) in achieving its strategic mission.
The Wave Admin reports to the Manager, Performance & Wave Management. The position’s primary objective is to execute tool administration and governance functions, as well as provide tool support for employees.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Maintain Wave tool tips, help articles and homepage information
Resolve Wave-related items from employees (monitor the PPTO inbox, ad hoc requests, etc.)
Provide solutions for tracking and reporting KPIs to show transformation progress
Develop and maintain dashboards to track Path to Premier (PTP) progress
Support PPTO members in providing data/results for leadership presentations
Execute governance processes for Wave user management
Implement configuration design changes in Wave in collaboration with the Wave technical team
Other duties, as assigned or required
Minimum Requirements
Minimum education and experience required of the position:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent experience required
Minimum experience required of the position:
4-6 years of relevant professional experience
2+ years experience with data analysis, visualization, and communication of metrics results
Defining KPI measures and calculations
Technical proficiency – mathematical ability, analysis tools (e.g. Excel)
Desired: Proficiency in MS Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps)
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position:
Customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interact, communicate and work with diverse groups of people
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify data trends and convert data analysis into a meaningful summary from which to draw conclusions

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective verbal and written communication skills to various levels of the organization
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
