Lavigne Oil Company is a wholesale fuel distributor that supplies fuel to convenience stores, commercial customers, and government entities. We are looking to hire a Territory Manager to oversee the branded fuel station customers.
Experience with convenience stores a plus!
The Territory Manager is responsible for ensuring that all of our branded customers adhere to brand standards as directed by our fuel suppliers. The Territory Manager will work directly as a liaison between our customers and the major fuel brands. They are required to have a full understanding of all brand requirements, the time intervals between inspection, and the reasoning behind each brand requirement. They must have an understanding of the fees, logos, signage, and image required at all times. The Territory Manager will spend time studying and learning all programs offered by our fuel suppliers and will maintain up to date requirements for mystery shop campaigns and ensure that each of our 50 dealers adhere to these requirements as standards change or brand priorities shift.
The Territory Manager will conduct themselves in a professional manner and maintain a professional appearance, as they are the main face of our organization in the field. They are required to travel to each of our customer locations within Louisiana and Mississippi. Typical travel is during the day but will require minimal overnight travel.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Liaise between our customers and the major fuel brands
- Ensure items are stocked to standards
- Uphold requirements of cleanliness
- Have full understanding of all brand requirements, time intervals between inspections, and the reasoning behind each requirement
- Have full understanding of the fees, logos, signage, and image requirements
- Study and learn all programs offered by our fuel suppliers
- Maintain up-to-date requirements for mystery shop campaigns and ensure each dealer adheres to brand requirements
- Travel to each of our customer locations within Louisiana and Mississippi
Bilingual candidates preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
