**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an Office staff-Payable Clerk to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a environment where attention to detail and accuracy are paramount.
**Responsibilities:**
- Process accounts and incoming payments.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Prepare bills, invoices.
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for accurately
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Maintain vendor files.
**Qualifications:**
- Experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role
- Proficiency in data entry and management
- Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
