Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and coordination of construction documents and specifications from programming through construction.
- Facilitate design review, project coordination, and pre-construction meetings to ensure progress and alignment with project goals, while identifying and mitigating risks.
- Conduct project-specific code analysis and stay updated on building codes and regulations.
- Manage internal teams, coordinate consultants, and develop project schedules.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture from an NCARB-accredited architecture program.
- Professional licensure as an architect.
- Minimum 5 years of professional architectural project management experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and regulations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with A/E design teams, contractors, and clients.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment while fostering positive working relationships.
- Strong client management, project coordination, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Experience with commercial, multi-family, and/or historic renovation projects is a plus.
