Job Overview
We are urgently hiring an organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to assist with daily office operations in New Orleans. This role involves administrative tasks, record-keeping, and providing general support to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Pay Range
$15.00 - $26.00 hourly
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Handle filing, copying, and document organization.
- Assist with office supply inventory and restocking.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and multitasking skills.
