This hybrid role blends the warm hospitality of a concierge with the precision and focus of a scheduling coordinator. You’ll be the first smile patients see, the voice they trust on the phone, and the one who keeps our schedule flowing seamlessly. From greeting guests with charm and confidence to handling treatment planning and insurance with ease—you make our elite experience feel effortless.
What You'll Do:
- Greet patients like they’re the highlight of your day (because they are!)
- Manage and optimize our schedule with precision—new patient intake, hygiene visits, treatment planning, follow-ups, and everything in between
- Present treatment plans with confidence and care & collect payments
- Handle phone calls, emails, and patient communications with clarity, compassion, and professionalism
- Confirm appointments, follow up on unscheduled treatment, and track daily productivity goals
- Insurance verification
- Keep our front office running smoothly—from intake paperwork to offering sparkling water
- Maintain consistency across every patient visit, not just the first—every interaction should feel seamless and elevated
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are a people-person who’s also organized and proactive
- Can juggle a busy phone, a packed schedule, and a new patient walking in—with grace
- Love building systems and routines but also know how to adapt on the fly
- Can speak confidently about finances, treatment plans, and insurance (or are eager to learn)
- Are professional in appearance, dependable, and a true team player
- Have dental experience (bonus!) or strong front desk/admin skills in a fast-paced setting

- Present treatment plans with confidence and care, including reviewing financials and setting up insurance/payment options
- Handle phone calls, emails, and patient communications with clarity, compassion, and professionalism
- Confirm appointments, follow up on unscheduled treatment, and track daily productivity goals
- Support insurance verification, claims follow-up, and patient billing
- Keep our front office running smoothly—from intake paperwork to offering sparkling water or iced coffee
- Maintain consistency across every patient visit, not just the first—every interaction should feel seamless and elevated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.33 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
