Position: Packer/Shipping Associate
Pay Rate: $28/hour
Schedule: Full-Time
About the Role:
We’re hiring a dependable and detail-focused Packer/Shipping Associate to help support our warehouse and fulfillment operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment—ensuring each package is packed correctly, labeled accurately, and sent out on time. Key Responsibilities:
Pack products safely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit
Label and prepare packages for shipment according to company guidelines
Verify order accuracy and inspect items for quality before packing
Use scanners or warehouse software to track and log outgoing shipments
Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory when needed
Maintain a clean and organized packing/shipping area
Work closely with other team members to ensure timely order processing
Follow all warehouse safety rules and company procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with physical tasks—standing, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
Basic familiarity with shipping systems and barcode scanners
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
