Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our operations by managing various administrative tasks and assisting with day-to-day activities.
Pay Range
$17.00 - $25.00 hourly
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for business trips.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Handle incoming communications and direct them appropriately, including phone calls and emails.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events or meetings.
- Perform research and compile information for presentations and reports.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
