SUMMARY
FORD OF HARVEY - is in need of an outgoing, optimistic and extremely customer friendly team members to help with our growing service department. Our service greeters will assist customers and service staff by directing incoming calls to the appropriate individuals, making service appointments, cashiering service and parts receipts AND most importantly have a phenomenal attitude and be team oriented . Our customer facing personnel must establish and maintain positive relationships with our clients.
What You Do:
- Responsible for greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner
- Help us to provide an excellent customer service experience by interacting with customers within the waiting and service write-up area to determine satisfaction levels
- Solicit positive social media responses and reviews
- Responsible for accepting payment for completed service work and balancing receipts at the end of shift
- Responsible for restocking refreshments, food, and lobby materials in the customer lounge
- Responsible for keeping the lounge area neat and inviting during business hours
Successful attributes and skills:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player
- Must have great PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel etc)
- Trainable with a desire to be promoted to positions with increasing responsibilities
- Outgoing and friendly personality with great customer handling skills
- Professional appearance
- Strong organizational skills
