We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, administrative support, and experience in optimizing patient care and facility efficiency. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a solid understanding of medical terminology, and the ability to manage a diverse team while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring full compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Lead and manage utilization management processes to optimize patient care and resource allocation.
- Supervise medical office operations to ensure smooth workflows and the delivery of high-quality services
- Hire and train administrative healthcare staff.
- Ensure that the organization’s medical records are protected and organized.
- Maximize the productivity of a healthcare organization.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of utilization management and medical management principles.
- Time Management, & Problem-solving skills
- 10 years of experience working with elderly and disabled populations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly-organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A background in nursing or another healthcare profession is a plus.
