JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE:
This position will serve a multi-function role as an Administrative Associate and Storekeeper at multiple locations.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Associate duties
Understand Contract Language, Review invoices, Identify discrepancies, Provide input to contract managers and Process invoices for payment
High level of written and verbal communication to promptly correct Invoicing issues between Entergy Contract Managers and Vendors
Must meet monthly financial deadlines that may not necessarily fall during the workweek
Safety scorecard champion
Records retention champion
Time and Labor support as directed by Plant Manager
Storekeeper duties
Safety in and around storeroom, including minimum housekeeping duties
Physically receiving and properly storing parts as they are delivered to site
Processing received materials into the inventory system.
Setting locations of parts in the warehouse
Creating or modifying Cat IDs in MAXIMO as requested by site leadership
Processing issue and return tickets
Ensuring compliance to storeroom procedures
Must have dependable transportation for mandatory travel requirements
Willingness to work in a non-climate controlled environment and perform physically demanding tasks that may involve exposure to dirt and dust
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum education required of the position:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum experience
Must have PC operation knowledge
Good oral and written communication skills
Should be able to perform at high level without detailed supervision
Ability to organize and establish priorities
Have temperament suited to work in harmony with other employees and vendors
Continuously strive for excellence in personal safety performance with familiarity of applicable safety methods and procedures
Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of combined Administrative, Invoicing Processing and/or Warehouse Storekeeper Duties in an Industrial Environment
Experience in MAXIMO, MICROSOFT Office 365, and PeopleSoft
