Remote Office Coordinator

In this role, you will handle essential clerical and administrative functions, supporting company operations and client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and manage formal correspondence and other documents.
- Plan and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Verify and update new client information accurately.
- Respond to inbound calls with professionalism and care.
- Develop and maintain organized filing and document management systems.
- Support cross-departmental communication and coordination.
- Keep clients updated on relevant information and developments.
- Perform additional office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field.
- Proven ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
