A boutique hotel management firm seeks an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead a new, upscale lifestyle property opening in early 2025. The hotel features 68 luxury guest rooms, multiple dining outlets, and extensive event space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel, restaurant, and event operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead and develop all department leaders and team members.
- Create and execute sales, guest experience, and special event programs.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational controls.
- Develop and implement asset management and maintenance programs.
- Direct sales efforts, social media, and online presence.
Qualifications:
- Full-service hotel leadership experience with strong food and beverage expertise.
- Experience in Hilton or boutique/curated properties preferred.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, service-focused teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to business demands and a passion for guest service.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $100,000–$115,000
