Experience 1 year minimum.
Ability to communicate effectively with others and to work as part of a team as well as exercising tolerance and consistency when dealing with others. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines. Ensure all OSHA regulated and customer specific safety training is current, Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement system.
Capable of being deployed to any rig in the work area.
Completion of the Frac level competencies. A passing score on job-related tests or meeting task guidelines is required.
Communicate processes and tool functions to customer representative on location.
Must be able to complete proper paperwork as needed, Participate in safety meetings at the facility and on a customer’s location, Participate in JSA specific to job tasks at hand at the facility and on a customer’s location, Assists in generating corrective action reports, Assumes personal responsibility for ensuring the duties of their position are performed in a safe, efficient, effective and professional manner.
Equipment rig up and rig down to prepare equipment for the job, Properly and safely lift and/or move equipment using lifting tools such as forklifts, hoist, etc., Select the correct lifting and rigging equipment and perform visual inspection to ensure fit for use, Tear down and rebuild product line specific equipment as per work instructions, Perform on location inspection and function test of tools, Test and troubleshoot Frac assist equipment, Repack valves and chokes on location, Operation of a motor vehicle is an essential function of this job, Day to day job activities involve strenuous work and exposure to extreme weather conditions or situations, These hazards include exposure to moving mechanical parts, electrical shock, working on scaffolding in high places, exposure to burns or radiant energy, and exposure to toxic chemicals, Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Heavy Work.
