Job Description
The Community Manager is responsible for managing the apartment community within a structured, effective system. The Community Manager plans and organizes work for their team, leads their team toward goals, and reviews its performance. The Community Manager is provided extensive support including: training, adequate budget, a system of processes, and a highly trained team to achieve optimal property performance.
We are a do it right the first time, company. We do not believe in shortcuts and quick fixes. We are looking for a Community Manager that shares this philosophy.
