Job Summary
Office Administrator
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Administrator to hire and Train all their staff (including 100% hire packet)
- Process Service Logs
- Oversee all day-to-day operations
-Ensure all annual staff schedules are put in place for each house
- Keep up with all state changes (DHH, OCDD, OASS)
- Make visit schedules
- Event planning
- Forward calls at end of shift to 24/7 Answering Service
- Marketing plans to increase census
- Unannounced Audits
- Enforce state and agency policies are up to date
- Ensure all client hours are clocked 100% weekly
- TRAININGS (ANNUAL)
- Update dial my calls up and messages
- Host weekly (Tuesdays) recorded zoom meetings
- Ensure All CIR's are done, Initial, Preliminary and Final.
- Ensure CALLS to staff and clients are done once a month, Ensure Money management is completed Monthly for ALL SIL clients, ensure stock of packets each office.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of utilization management and medical management principles.
- Time Management, & Problem-solving skills
- 10 years of experience working with elderly and disabled populations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly-organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A background in nursing or another healthcare profession is a plus.
