Job Summary
We are currently hiring a Treatment Nurse for the every other weekend shift.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing medical assessments, and ensuring the well-being of patients in a clinical setting. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document vital signs accurately.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in their condition promptly.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and medical documentation practices.
- Previous experience in pediatrics or senior care is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
