Job Summary:
The Strawberry Festival Association is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Packing Assistant to join our team. This role involves assisting with the preparation and packaging of products for distribution, ensuring that all items are packed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Carefully package products according to company standards.
- Inspect items for quality assurance before packing.
- Label and organize packed items for shipment or storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing goals.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in a packing, warehouse, or similar role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
