Schedule: Daily and overnight stay required Sunday through Friday; occasional duties or assignments on Saturday.

Job Duties Overview - What You'll Do:
✅ Lead fun and exciting outdoor activities for kids and teens.
✅ Build leadership skills while supervising campers both day and night.
✅ Gain hands-on experience in youth development and program planning.
✅ Learn and apply emergency protocols to ensure camper safety.
✅ Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Comfortable in a summer residential camp setting: sleeping in warm, humid conditions and working outdoors daily in hot summer weather
- Experience working with children in a camp or childcare setting
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of classroom management and behavior management techniques
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (have or can obtain)
- Ability to engage and motivate children through various activities, including sports and arts
Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- Must be willing and able to remain onsite at camp daily and overnight Monday-Sunday each week
- Must be able to swim and monitor youth during pool activities, ride horseback and canoe, engage in vigorous levels of walking, running, and participating in outdoor activities
- Be a member or obtain membership in Girl Scouts
