Job Title: Administrative Partner to the CEO
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Job Summary: The Administrative Partner to the CEO serves as a strategic and
operational support to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of activities, effective
communication, and efficient management of administrative tasks. This role requires a
proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual who can handle confidential
information with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events while prioritizing time-sensitive tasks.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and documenting Board of Commissioners and other board meetings, including preparing presentations, recording minutes, and ensuring timely distribution of relevant materials.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Partner, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree required.

Pay: From $26.44 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
