JOB SUMMARY: This position will respond to customer inquiries via phone or email regarding billing, operations, and related concerns.
***PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL BE TRAINING IN THE CAR WASH FOR SEVERAL WEEKS BEFORE TRANSITIONING TO THE CALL CENTER***
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Administration of our car wash programs
- Troubleshooting customer concerns
- Communication with all store locations
- General administrative and clerical skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 to 2 years of proven customer service experience; call center/receptionist experience is preferred
- Previous experience with Benny's is preferred but not required.
- Must possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Integrity and honesty
- Professionalism in all aspects, including appearance
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to company morale
