Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- The Data Processor is responsible for ensuring the schedule for monitoring is accurate.
- They must have a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements for each regulation that applies to each site managed, and ensures that compliance is met weekly and monthly.
- The Data Processor will generate monthly and semi-annual reports that are submitted to clients and agencies.
- They are also responsible for making changes to the databases that are being managed.
- They will attend weekly group meetings, as well as monthly meetings with project managers to ensure all monitoring has been completed.
- The Data Processor will also work with clients and project managers on special projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma required, prefer Associates or Bachelor's degree
- Experience not necessary, but it is preferred to have a basic understanding of LDAR
- Skilled with Microsoft Office products
- Highly computer literate
- Client Service oriented and deadline driven.
- Detail oriented
- Must pass a rigorous background check and drug test.
Technical Requirements:
- Must have effective and clear communication skills
- Knowledge of LDAR databases is preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of air regulations (both state and federal)
Other Miscellaneous Qualities:
- Must be organized and able to prioritize responsibilities
- Must be detail oriented and able to follow directions
- Must be able to work well with others
- Must be able to learn quickly
