Purpose: The role of the Time Entry Clerk is to analyze and input all employee time for payroll and billing purposes.
Work Schedule: 7:30AM-5:00 (30 minute lunch) Monday-Thursday; 8:00AM-12:00PM Fridays
Responsibilities
- Time Entry for all employees
- Filing-Job Billing Folders, Employee Timesheets, Invoices & Receipts
- Mileage Logs
- Check Email
- Time Off Request Forms
- Benefit Spreadsheet
- Reproduction Copies
Tasks
- Continual checking of work email for all correspondence related to time.
- Enter field crews time weekly
- Check office portal time weekly
- Make all necessary corrections on all employee’s time
- Input weekly benefits used by each employee into benefit spreadsheet
- Work closely with project managers to get field and office personal time approved
- Submit all company time to payroll department on a weekly basis
- Sort, Separate, Copy and File all field & office timesheets, billing invoices and billable employee receipts in appropriate job billing folder
- File all job billing folders
- Input monthly company vehicle mileage on spreadsheet (compute personal mile spreadsheet)
- Sort and Organize all turned in Time Off Request Forms
- Merge reproduction reports to one Excel report to bill to clients
Work Conditions
- Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
- Ability to concentrate and simultaneously adapt to changing priorities on a regular basis.

Time Entry Clerk works within the Administrative team in an office environment
